Construction Update

The initial phases for Teddy G’s have been completed. This lounge will have over 3200 square feet of space inside, and an additional 800 square foot patio. With this much room, we will have plenty of space for everything you could want in a lounge: A large bar with plenty of seating, booths, chairs and couches for comfort, an elegant “Owners Booth”, a huge membership only lounge with private entrance and a hidden entrance from within the lounge, and more!

Our architect is hard at work getting everything just right for you. We hope to have plans in the next few weeks. We will make sure to share with you everything we can as we continue through the design and build-out process.
